Hotel Estancias VIVE MX cuauhtémoc, Trademark by Wyndham

For the price it’s a great deal. The twin rooms at the back (away from the road) are sufficiently quiet for even someone with struggles sleeping to sleep pretty well. The rooms are surprisingly well-equipped with nice touches like a yoga mat, and 2 tables for those working remotely. Bathroom was great with good shower. Safe and walkable location and close to parks. Only downside is it’s not super close to the metro or metrobus if you want to use public transit to explore (but once the pink line opens up again this will be slightly better).

Vilchis helped us and was so sweet and accommodating, actually everybody was super nice. The rooms are fantastic, you get everything you need even a little kitchen, spacious shower, lock box, nice tv, the bed is very comfy and clean. Only thing is there was no air conditioner and it was a bit smelly cause pipes issue, but we kept the window open and it felt pretty good. The location is awesome. I would absolutely go back

I stayed here with my mom and my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! It was pretty cheap for us to call a car anywhere from this location. It’s not close by any public transportation, but it wasn’t much of an issue with us. What I really liked was that there was an elevator. My mother doesn’t have really great knees, so that was really great. The room was way bigger than I anticipated. It looked much bigger than what the photos showed! The room was clean and it was pretty quiet at night.

Nice newly built hotel near the Angel of Independencia. Rooms were clean and very modern. Service at front desk was top notch, especially by Mr. Aldair. Neighborhood was very quiet and seemed very safe, even late at night. Good value and would stay they there again. Negatives: very close to main highway, so very noisy at night, even with window closed; I recommend asking for an interior room. The room didn’t have AC, and they didn’t provide a Fan, which made it hard to fall asleep. Bathrooms do not have curtains, which creates a watery mess when getting out the shower. Front desk charged me for coffee packet; had I requested a cleaning of my room, they would have provided coffee for free. Great little kitchenette, but no pan or pot to cook with. Only sharing so they can continue to improve.

The people at the front desk were amazing, especially Gerardo!! He helped me with any questions I had about Mexico City and the surrounding area. I asked a lot of questions, but he never made me feel like I was a bother. The hotel was one of the nicest hotels I ever stayed in. I will definitely come back, especially with help like Gerardo.

You can’t go wrong staying a couple of blocks from Chinatown. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and modern and the price was reasonable.

Absolutely loved the staff, hotel, amneities of this hotel. Very modern, beautiful decorated and extremely good price. I spent a week at this hotel while visiting Mexico City. I'm already planning a trip next spring with my immediate family at this hotel. Had an inroom safe and air conditioning. 5 stars.

I like the place is just that it is too new to have a few issues! Shower head was all clogged and water doesn’t flow straight down, it splashes everywhere, toilet was loose., rooms are spacious, with fridge, sink, microwave and electric range. Very handy so you can bring in your left overs and have’em for breakfast the next day. Doesn’t deserve the 5th star because it is very noisy at night. A few blocks to Reforma. It would be a good idea to have shower curtains for getting a shower floods the whole bathroom. No steam exhaust it’s scary for steam can create an electric hazard trying to turn on of off the lights. However I’ll stay in the same or the Roma location. Toiletries are provided, that’s a plus.
